A chat back plugin.
Uses the JMegaHal API from Jibbler to create an appearance of
intelligence. The bot will respond when it's name is said in normal channel text.
There is no configuration available for this plugin at this time.
Command: !save
Description: This will save the current words that it has learnt. Please note that the brain is
also saved if the plugin is unloaded, or if the bot is shut down with the "die" or
"restart" commands.
